How a Water Purifier Works
A drinking water purifier uses several stages to produce clean drinking water.
Most systems include:
Sediment filtration
Activated carbon filtration
Fine filtration or Reverse Osmosis (depending on the model)
Final polishing with carbon or UV sterilization
Each stage removes different impurities to improve taste, clarity, and overall water quality.
A purifier is designed specifically for drinking water and is different from a whole-house water softener.
